Really friendly staff who listened to me and helped a lot. A girl called Beth was especially helpful; she gave me so much advice on pricing and choosing glasses, and was really honest which was great. She was very friendly and provided amazing customer service! Only issue with my appointment was there was a lot of waiting when getting my eyes tested.

Excellent staff but waiting times are too long. The appointment was for my 4 year old so to be hanging around seeing the optometrist and having glasses fitted. Two hours is too long.
